Here is another fun "Spring" card I did using the "Dotty for You" paper pack from Close to My Heart. I used a stir stick to make the flag with a few paper banners. Once you add a little bit of sweet leaf ribbon and self stick bling, you have a fun card that is ready to add a little sunshine for that special friend! Thursday, April 5, 2012
